What You'll Do As an RN Supervisor, you'll play an important role in providing excellent resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing team. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Providing clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during your assigned shift. 2. Ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. 3. Collaborating with nursing administration and interdisciplinary team members. 4. Supporting nursing staff with clinical needs, resident concerns, and day-to-day operations. 5. Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. 6. Ensuring compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations. What We're Looking For 1. Current, active Pennsylvania RN license. 2. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 4.
