Full job description

Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join Meta's Monetization Partnerships team, owning a scaled portfolio of third-party commerce platforms, data providers, marketplace connectors, and automation partners. This role sits at the intersection of Meta's monetization priorities and is built for someone who can manage priorities across multiple product areas, sequencing work based on impact and business need rather than specializing in one area. You will own the partner roadmap for a book of scaled partners, drive adoption of Meta's conversion signals, catalog, video, and agentic solutions, and represent the partner perspective in product forums where roadmap decisions get made.

Required Skills:

Strategic Partner Manager, Ads Partnerships Responsibilities:

  1. Own end-to-end relationships for a scaled book of third-party partners spanning commerce platforms, point-of-sale providers, data providers, marketplace connectors, and automation tools

  2. Drive partner adoption across multiple monetization priority areas

  3. Build and scale conversion signal partnerships from early integration through measurable revenue contribution

  4. Set and sequence each partner's integration roadmap against Meta's evolving product goals, making explicit trade-off calls on which partner is prioritized into which program

  5. Provide solutions guidance to partners on integrating with APIs and agentic connectors

  6. Partner with Product, Engineering, Partner Marketing, Legal, and Sales to unblock integrations and shape the roadmap priorities from the partner perspective

  7. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features, including scaled partner incentive programs, driving measurable adoption and revenue growth

  8. Manage a scaled book efficiently — prioritizing depth where goals concentrate and building repeatable, leverageable motions across the remainder

  9. Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, including presenting to executive stakeholders both internally and at partner organizations

  10. Identify and mitigate partnership risks, ensuring compliance with Meta's policies and platform requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, product, or a related field

  2. Experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent partner relationships at scale

  3. Understanding of the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem, including conversion signals, product catalogs, and advertising APIs

  4. Technical knowledge of APIs, data integration, and the software development lifecycle

  5. Communication and interpersonal experience, including negotiating with and influencing external partners

  6. Analytical and problem-solving experience, including interpreting complex data sets and making trade-off decisions with incomplete information

  7. Experience working across multiple product areas or business lines simultaneously

  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

  2. Experience with offline or first-party data partnerships, customer data platforms (CDPs), or vertical data providers (automotive, retail, healthcare)

  3. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

  4. Experience in designing or running scaled partner incentives or go-to-market programs

  5. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

  6. Working knowledge of data analysis tools (agentic, Excel) for opportunity sizing and performance tracking

  7. Familiarity with privacy and data-handling standards such as GDPR and CCPA

  8. Experience with contract negotiation and partnership agreement development

  9. Familiarity with Meta's advertising products
