Job Description

Culture moves fast, and the brands that win are the ones that show up in it authentically and consistently. We have an opportunity for a social-savvy marketer to lead how a major brand shows up in culture and on social media for small business owners every single day. Our Brand Creative and Advertising team is made up of creative and marketing strategists whose mission is to amplify the Chase for Business brand to small business owners across the US, overseeing paid and owned content directly while partnering closely with our PR team to drive earned coverage. This is a role for someone who lives in social, understands creators and culture, and can translate that fluency into an always-on strategy that resonates locally and nationally. If you want to shape how a major brand sounds, looks, and shows up across social platforms, this is the room to be in.

As a Vice President, Social and Culture Lead on the Brand Creative and Advertising team within Business Banking Marketing at JPMorganChase, you will lead Business Banking's always-on social presence, oversee creator and influencer workstreams, and drive localized campaign strategy for small business owners across the US. You'll blend strategic ownership with hands-on execution — bringing deep social media expertise, including paid social, to a role that sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce. Based in New York, NY, you'll report directly to the Lead of Brand Creative and Advertising Strategy, manage one direct report, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure the brand's social and cultural presence is consistent, current, and compliant. This is your chance to shape how a nationally recognized brand sounds, looks, and shows up in culture for small business owners nationwide.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the always-on social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across platforms

  • Lead creator and influencer partnerships and workstreams from campaign development through execution, driving authentic cultural relevance

  • Develop and execute localized and regional campaign strategies across markets to deepen community involvement and brand resonance

  • Manage and develop one direct report, fostering growth and performance within the team

  • Partner with paid, earned, and owned teams — including PR, Talent & Culture, and Brand Center of Excellence — to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support social and influencer programs at scale

  • Monitor social and cultural trends to keep the brand's presence current, relevant, and ahead of the curve

  • Present social and culture strategy, performance results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Ensure all social content aligns with brand, regulatory, and compliance standards

  • Manage budgets, business casing, and vendor relationships tied to the programs and campaigns you lead

  • Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling campaign narratives and creative briefs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Marketing & Communications concepts and 7+ years applied experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing paid social media strategy and brand campaigns at scale

  • Proven experience developing and executing creator or influencer campaigns

  • Direct people management experience with a track record of developing talent

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders

  • Experience managing external creative or marketing agencies and vendors

  • Demonstrated ability to manage production for photo or video shoots, including casting, contracting, and pre- and post-production

  • Willingness and ability to travel on weekends to support campaign shoots and on-site production needs

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading integrated campaigns spanning paid, earned, and owned channels

  • Background in financial services or banking marketing

  • Experience with localized or regional marketing strategy across multiple markets

  • Experience marketing to small business owners or entrepreneurs

  • Familiarity with FDIC regulations, disclosures, and related compliance requirements in marketing content
