Summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Office. Part-time employee with benefits. This position has an uncommon TOD to include holidays and weekends.

Duties

Email & Digital Marketing. Works under the direction of the 75th Force Support Squadron (FSS) Marketing Director to update and maintain digital assets, assists with creation of marketing collateral, use of media through marketing campaigns, primarily through email and digital marketing. Must have working knowledge of ConstantContact (or similar email marketing platforms). Using highly developed organizational skill, serves as primary digital and email content specialist ensuring digital content is current and accurate; Proofs marketing output prior to advertising. Updates, adds, deletes, revises content based on information provided to the Marketing Office or approved input from leadership, Flight Chiefs and managers on a daily basis. Position requires writing, editing, and designing content for digital publishing. Assists co-workers with projects/tasks, creating/distributing a variety of marketing materials across various platforms. Works with Marketing Director to ensure digital content meets squadron and mission objectives, properly reflecting Air Force standards. Uses a variety of digital platforms, applications, techniques, digital equipment, plugins, apps, and tools to effectively manage digital assets. Continuously explores, recommends, uses, and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers, and to maximize the squadron's branding, products and services; identifies relevant new strategies/technologies/industry trends; creates and boosts customers' engagements, brand exposure and applies them into operations and activities. Assists Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market. Assists in marketing surveys, collecting data, tabulating responses, and analyzing results effectively. Must be flexible and attend FSS events, programs and meetings to provide workflow updates. Helps assist in updating content on HillFSS.com. Move equipment with provided trucks and trailers for events. Must be flexible and attend FSS events on weekends, programs and meetings to provide workflow updates. Utilize AI technologies and services with proper approval processes. Has working knowledge of AI platforms such as Grok, ChatGPT and Gemini and bots within AI platforms. Consistently adhere to deadline dates. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Professional experience in digital marketing, through email marketing and ad display. Knowledge of digital and email marketing campaigns and processes, fundamental marketing communication, marketing strategies, concepts, and campaign objectives. Ability to problem solve basic hardware display technology and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of online media platforms such as: Wordpress, ConstantContact and Microsoft Office for communications and reports is a must. Towing small single or double axle trailer capabilities. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Conditions of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication or applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required. Must possess a valid driver's license if required to operate a Government Motor Vehicle (GMV). This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Education

Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal Affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installation's decision on the 3-year residency requirement. Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. Direct deposit is required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. A probationary period may be required. Pre-employment requirements must be satisfactorily met prior to Entrance on Duty (EOD).
