Full job description

IT Support Tech (Entry Level) Berkshire Logic ? Catamount Mountain Resort, South Egremont MA ? Seasonal or year-round $25/hr to start, up to $50 as you level up The Job We keep the tech running at Catamount - ticket scanners, cash registers, computers, WiFi, cameras. When something breaks, you go fix it. If it's over your head, you call in backup and learn from it. No experience required. If you're the person friends call when their computer acts up, that's enough to start. We'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do - Answer calls and messages when something isn't working - Fix registers, ticket scanners, printers, and computers - Set up new equipment and run cables - Reset passwords and get people back into their accounts - Check that cameras and displays are working - Run remote health checks on our systems - spot machines that go offline, run low on disk, or fail a backup, and chase them down - Keep notes on what you did What We Need - Curious about how things work and willing to learn - Stay calm when there's a line of guests waiting - Driver's license and reliable transportation - Can lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and work outside in the cold - Weekends and holidays during ski season What We Give - Free ski passes - A work laptop - Paid training - you'll learn networking, POS systems, and IT support on the job - Pay goes up as your skills do
