Job Description

We are seeking a full-time dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to ensure Aversa's compliance with FDA food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing sanitation plans, managing vendor and employee safety and sanitation programs, and overseeing all quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FDA food safety standards.

Develop and implement sanitation plans.

Manage vendor and employee safety and sanitation programs.

Oversee all quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry.

Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards.

Excellent leadership and management skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective sanitation and safety programs
