Administrative Associate

City/State Charlottesville, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring an Administrative Associate for our Labor and Delivery unit Full time days 8A - 8P rotating schedule with three consecutive shifts per week. Alternating weekends.

The Administrative Associate is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks. This position provides clerical support, manages patient records, schedules appointments, and handles patient inquiries. The role involves collaborating with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Education

• HS Diploma or Equivalent GED - Required

Certification/Licensure

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

• Previous healthcare or administrative experience - Preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.53 - $28.86 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
