Form Energy is hiring a Contract Technical Recruiter to support our Manufacturing, Test, and Operations Engineering organization as we scale our pioneering multi-day energy storage systems. You’ll work alongside our TA team to fill hardware engineering roles across mechanical, electrical, equipment, and test, helping us build the team that will transform America’s electric grid.

This is a remote flexible role.

What you’ll do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage a set of searches for engineering roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close, with guidance from the TA team.

  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Meet regularly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, and keep them updated on pipeline progress.

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and engineering communities to build a strong pipeline.

  • Process & Candidate Experience: Keep the hiring process organized and moving, maintain accurate records in Ashby, and ensure candidates have a positive experience.

  • Market Insights: Share what you’re seeing in the hardware talent market and pipeline data with the TA team and hiring managers.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering roles

  • Experience recruiting for hardware or equipment roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; Ashby experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches at once

  • A collaborative, flexible approach, comfortable working in a lean team

We also offer at least 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents (up to 20 weeks for birthing parents), and generous vacation policies to give employees time to recharge when needed.
