  • Develop and execute a multi-site operational safety strategy aligned with EA business priorities, manufacturing risks, and EHS objectives.

  • Establish, standardize, and continuously improve safe work practices across EA manufacturing operations.

  • Partner with plant leaders and local EHS teams to identify high-risk operations and implement effective engineering, administrative, and work-practice controls.

  • Lead or support risk assessments for production processes, machinery, material handling, electrical work, maintenance activities, fabrication, assembly, testing, and other plant operations.

  • Support safety-by-design for new equipment, production lines, facility modifications, capital projects, and operational changes.

  • Strengthen critical safety programs, including machine safety, lockout/tagout, electrical safety, material handling, ergonomics, contractor safety, and powered industrial truck safety.

  • Lead and support serious incident and high-potential near-miss investigations, identify systemic causes, and ensure corrective actions are effective and shared across the plant network.

  • Facilitate cross-site learning by sharing lessons learned, effective controls, and operational safety best practices.

  • Conduct site assessments, audits, and field observations; communicate findings clearly and support timely corrective-action closure.

  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to operations leaders, supervisors, employees, and EHS professionals on operational safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Support consistent safety training, competency development, and leadership engagement across all EA plants.

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements, Siemens standards, and recognized industry practices.

  • Collaborate with regional and U.S. EHS specialists and other Siemens EHS teams as required.

  • Travel up to 25% regularly among EA plant locations to maintain strong field visibility and support site needs.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.

  • Experience recognizing, evaluating, and controlling hazards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
