You will: * Determine the YouTube channel architecture for the new network and what belongs on existing Dow Jones channels, and when a new network or show-specific channel is warranted, how the portfolio works together without fragmenting the audience. * Lead, and initially operate, Dow Jones' YouTube presence, ensuring every channel and show page is exceptionally programmed, packaged and optimized. Establish best-in-class practices across channel architecture, publishing cadence, metadata, playlists, live and replay strategy, homepage organization and ongoing performance optimization. * Develop and execute long-term channel and platform audience growth strategy across YouTube, connected TV and FAST, podcast and vodcast platforms, social video for the new n
