Epic HIM Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic HIM Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation through go-live. The ideal candidate will hold an active Epic HIM certification, possess strong Epic implementation experience, and have expertise in HIM and CDI workflows. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, support operational initiatives, and contribute to a successful deployment. Experience with third-party HIM applications such as Optum Coding/Integrity One and TruBridge CDI Encoder is highly preferred. Approximately 50% travel is required for this long-term engagement.

Skills and Requirements

• Be Epic certified in HIM (required)
• Have strong experience supporting Epic implementations
• Demonstrate the ability to build, lead, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bring hands-on expertise in HIM & CDI workflows and system optimization
• Exposure to critical HIM 3rd party application such as Optum Coding/Integrity One, Trubridge CDI Encoder
