Our client, a leading document management and records processing organization, is seeking an

Imaging Production Specialist to join their team. As an Imaging Production Specialist, you will be part of the Document Services Department supporting the Scanning, Quality Control, and Records Processing teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, computer proficiency, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Imaging Production Specialist 1

Location: PA, Boyers

Pay Rate: $17.27

What's the Job?

  • Scan and process physical documents using high-volume scanning equipment.

  • Perform quality reviews to ensure scanned images and records are accurate and complete.

  • Index, organize, and release documents according to established procedures.

  • Enter and maintain information in computer systems with a high level of accuracy.

  • Troubleshoot minor scanner issues and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What's Needed?

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software applications.

  • Data entry experience or strong keyboarding skills preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
