We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.

In this position...

Global TA Operations Program Lead, you will help advance the Global Talent Acquisition function by leading strategic programs and portfolio priorities, strengthening operational alignment, identifying cross-functional efficiencies, and enabling consistent prioritization, governance, and execution across global TA Operations, recruiting leadership, and country points of contact.

What you'll do...

  • Identify and drive efforts to optimize end-to-end recruiting processes that accelerate recruiting outcomes and enhance candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with recruiting leadership, analytics, Digital HR, and cross-functional operations teams to translate recruiting strategies into scalable process improvements and operational outcomes.

  • Partner with TA Operations and TA stakeholders to identify, assess, and drive operational efficiencies, process improvements, and change management initiatives that improve consistency, scalability, service delivery, and business outcomes.

  • Lead the Global TA program portfolio and governance processes, including intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and operating rhythms, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, dependencies, risks, measurable outcomes, and execution across global priorities.

  • Strengthen communication, collaboration, and operational alignment across TA Operations country points of contact and verticals through standardized operating practices, frameworks, templates, and visibility into priorities, risks, and dependencies.

  • Provide operational insights, metrics, and leadership updates that create visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, decisions needed, and measurable business outcomes across TA Operations and TA initiatives.

  • Monitor and assess existing and emerging TA technology capabilities, partnering with technology teams to evaluate business fit, identify opportunities, and inform global roadmap priorities.

  • Support the broader Global Talent Acquisition function by driving strategic programs and operational initiatives that improve effectiveness, alignment, and business outcomes.

  • Drive priority TA programs and initiatives from planning through execution, stabilization, and close, ensuring clear ownership, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and successful delivery.

You'll have...

  • 5+ years of recruiting tools, processes, and systems experience.

  • 3+ years of experience with recruiting optimization programs and/or recruiting processes.

  • 2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Visier, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.

  • 3+ years of Global Talent Acquisition experience.

  • 2+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies to drive planning, execution, operational efficiency, and measurable results.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Even better, you may have...

  • Track record of operationalizing projects and/or programs to accelerate recruiting funnel or candidate experience and drive measurable results.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting global Talent Acquisition transformation, operating model evolution, or large-scale process standardization across regions.

  • Experience developing executive-ready materials, leadership updates, prioritization summaries, or decision-support recommendations.

  • Experience designing or managing governance forums, operating rhythms, intake processes, or roadmap review cadences.

  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed, global organization with regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

  • Experience translating data and operational insights into clear recommendations, status updates, and measurable business outcomes.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage

  • Paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more

  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments and more

  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases

  • Tuition assistance

  • Established and active employee resource groups

  • Paid time off for individual and team community service

  • Generous vacation time, sick/personal time, and paid holidays, including between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day
