Now Hiring: Waitress/Manager at Big Boy Restaurant -- Manistique, MI Big Boy Restaurant in Manistique is looking for a Waitress/Manager who enjoys working with people, supporting a team, and helping create a positive dining experience for both locals and travelers. If you take pride in friendly service and enjoy being part of a community-focused workplace, this could be a great fit. ### What the role includes - Greeting guests and providing warm, attentive service - Taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests feel welcome - Assisting with daily operations, including opening/closing duties - Supporting and guiding staff during busy shifts - Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining area - Working with the team to keep service running smoothly ### What we're looking for - A dependable, upbeat person who enjoys working with the public - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) System is required - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Leadership qualities or interest in learning management responsibilities - Prior restaurant waitressing experience ### Job details - Full-time or part-time options available - Competitive pay based on experience - Supportive, community-oriented work environment
