Full job description
This is a 9-month Pharmacy Technician position that aligns with the academic calendar, offering a seasonal schedule alongside the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of the Syracuse University student population. You’ll work directly with students to ensure they receive accurate, timely access to their medications, as part of a collaborative, student-centered pharmacy team on a vibrant college campus.
In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to assist with reconciling third-party claims and providing medication to SU students. Day-to-day responsibilities include counting and labeling medications, managing inventory, processing insurance claims, answering pharmacy calls, and supporting students and Health Services providers with their pharmacy needs.
