Job Description
ASC Americas Inc. in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Service Engineer Specialist to analyze, test, troubleshoot, maintain, monitor, install, and integrate communication/networking systems and related computer programs to ensure communication networks operate properly.
Job responsibilities and duties include:

Provide partner and customer support (including troubleshooting, testing, installation, and general maintenance) for ASC’s complete portfolio of hardware and software solutions.

Configure networks to deploy, test, and maintain ASC’s SW/HW/Cloud solutions and related systems for our customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Install and integrate ASC’s software applications and related systems with other communication/networking systems, to enable capture and analysis of voice, text, video, and other types of communications data.

Train system users and administrators to work with ASC’s applications.

Receive and respond to incoming support requests/tickets via phone, web, and e-mail.

Occasional travel to customer sites in USA, Canada, and Mexico for installations, service response, and network/software maintenance.
This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any other employees.
Minimum Requirements:
No degree required
The position requires three (3) years of experience in the offered position or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following:

Azure, JIRA, and Postgres

Microsoft Teams, Team Viewer, and Office 365
-
OmniTracker and Wireshark
-
VMWare
-
Hardware: 2019 Server and embedded server and peripherals

MSSQL database
10% travel may be required for clients in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Hybrid work environment with work from home (WFH) benefit available on some days.
