The role will lead a PMO scheduling and project-controls team and will work in a matrix environment with internal facility, equipment engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and safety organizations. Engagement with schedulers at vendors, EPCM and equipment integration partners is likely.

  • 5+ years of experience with critical-path method scheduling, schedule development, schedule assurance, baseline management, delay analysis, and recovery planning with demonstrated use of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent enterprise scheduling platforms.

  • 5+ years of experience operating in a matrix organization and influence experienced functional leaders, contractors, external partners, and technical experts without relying solely on direct reporting authority.
