  • Collaborate on the design, development, and execution of integrated platforms, systems, tools, and processes that support retirement plan business growth and enhance both client and branch team experiences.

  • Monitor legislative, regulatory, tax, and industry developments affecting workplace retirement plans and retirement service providers, helping the firm evaluate impacts and respond appropriately.

  • Influence partner strategy and roadmap discussions to ensure external provider capabilities align with firm objectives, client needs, and advisor expectations.

  • Evaluate partner performance and industry offerings, identifying opportunities to improve product capabilities, service delivery, operational efficiency, and overall value proposition.

  • Represent Workplace Retirement Products in cross-divisional initiatives, industry events, partner meetings, and additional team responsibilities such as training, content development, and strategic projects.

  • Strong knowledge of the retirement plan service provider landscape, including recordkeepers, TPAs, custodians, and fiduciary support organizations.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple business functions.

This role combines product strategy, partner management, industry expertise, and advisor enablement to help grow the firm's workplace retirement business and deliver meaningful outcomes for plan sponsors, participants, and branch teams.
