Location: Winter Haven Hospital - must be local to Polk County

Status: Full Time/Exempt

Shift Hours: 8am to 4pm

Weekend Work: None (occasional weekday evenings)

Summary
-
Responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.
-
Identify new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.

Act as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.

Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.

Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market/trend reports.

Perform a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Required Experience: 2 years healthcare or business to business sales

Education: Bachelors Degree
-
Credential: Driver's License - State of Florida
Preferred Qualifications
-
3+ years healthcare or business to business sales
-
Bachelors Degree in Marketing
-
Masters Degree
-
Preferred experience with Salesforce
-
Intermediate Excel skills, including reading and interpreting reports in Excel

Experience working at hospitals with senior hospital leadership

Good writing skills
