The position will require the employee to be responsible for the opening and loading of product, along with other general warehouse duties as assigned. Essential Functions: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Operate and maintain various company vehicles to include but not limited to service vans, and 26 Straight trucks. - Run special same day deliveries and/or accompany a delivery route when necessary. - Responsible for opening and inspecting product for transport to our various showrooms throughout the company. - Ensure merchandise is accurate and free of damage, report quality variances. - Ability to operate the hand held scanner to process all merchandise. - Operate and maintain equipment in a clean manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards. - Off load incoming merchandise and load outgoing merchandise. - Assist customers with pick-ups when necessary.
