Senior Technical Project Manager (CRM)

Description

This Senior Technical Project Manager (CRM) role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer and data platform initiatives, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud. Acting as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, this individual will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, provide leadership throughout the development lifecycle, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform best practices. The role serves as the technical lead for CRM programs, overseeing Agile delivery, mitigating risks, and resolving complex platform challenges while helping advance the organization's digital and customer engagement strategy.

Partner with solution architects to turn business and technical requirements into clear designs and development tasks.

Lead the technical delivery of customer and data platform initiatives.

Provide guidance to developers and make key implementation decisions.

Ensure solutions follow established standards, best practices, and overall technical direction.

Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, technical reviews, and issue resolution.

Validate new platform capabilities and recommend how they can be applied to business needs.

Drive engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and release management.

Oversee code quality, testing processes, and overall solution reliability.

Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and serve as an escalation point for the delivery team.

Maintain strong knowledge of customer data, CRM, and integration technologies.

Partner with business and product stakeholders to assess requirements, estimate effort, and provide technical recommendations.

Identify opportunities for platform improvements and provide feedback to architecture and leadership teams.

5-7+ years experience leading technical teams on CRM or enterprise platform implementations.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance strategic objectives with hands-on technical execution.

Must be a Salesforce Certified Administrator

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
