Description

We are looking for an experienced analyst to lead early-stage technical evaluations for AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities with a client in Connecticut. The role will translate discovery findings into clear recommendations that help leaders prioritize initiatives with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine system compatibility by reviewing integration points, API requirements, data movement, infrastructure considerations, security needs, and operational effects.

  • Estimate staffing needs, projected costs, key dependencies, and practical factors that may influence delivery planning.

  • Perform targeted research, analyze technical materials, and support limited proof-of-concept activities when additional validation is needed.

  • Develop consistent assessment methods, reusable templates, and evaluation standards to improve how opportunities are reviewed.

  • Prepare technical discovery and readiness packages that summarize findings, outline feasibility, and present recommendation options for leadership.

  • Document preliminary solution approaches, identify potential blockers, and define next-step guidance for project and application teams.

  • Communicate assessment results in a concise, decision-ready format suitable for executive and cross-functional audiences.

Requirements • Background in technical consulting, business analysis, solution assessment, or systems integration within large organizations.

  • Ability to interpret architecture concepts, APIs, integrations, infrastructure components, and technical dependencies.

  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and other emerging technologies and their potential enterprise applications.

  • Strong written documentation skills with the ability to produce structured assessments and leadership-facing recommendations.

  • Effective communication and facilitation skills for working across business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.

  • Experience evaluating feasibility, risks, resource needs, and cost considerations before implementation begins.

  • Comfort operating in complex enterprise environments; healthcare technology exposure is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is beneficial. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
