Gentiva Hospice invites you to our Open House to learn more about our current hospice openings and explore career opportunities in compassionate, patient-centered care. We are seeking passionate, committed professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of patients and families in our community.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, of which base pay is just one component.
Salary Range:
RN Case Manager - FT - $89,000 - $102,000
CNA - Full Time - $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
NP - Nurse Practitioner - PRN - $125/F2F Visits and $50.00 -$55.00/hr for Orientation and Meetings
Chaplain - Part-Time - $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.

Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) with a heart for compassionate care.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Face to Face Evaluations.

Chaplain with a heart for compassionate support for patients and families.

Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
