The Senior Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) is responsible for leading U.S. environmental compliance programs while supporting select health, safety, EHS auditing, and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert in environmental regulations and supports facilities with regulated operations, including ammonia refrigeration systems. Manage the activities of personnel engaged in the shipping of cheese and whey products to customers. Serve as the environmental subjectmatter expert for U.S. operations and represent Agropur in environmental forums, regulatory engagements, and external discussions as required. Represents Agropur on environmental committees and organizations while upholding and communicating Agropur's Promise to promote the environmental outreach and culture of our U.S operations. Provide feedback on priorities, NC Matrix to members of the board and management. Provide input to EHS leadership regarding environmental compliance priorities, risks, noncompliance trends, and corrective action status. Actively participate in Agropur environmental stewardship and sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
