Full job description

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to own the inbound and growth product marketing strategy for Weave’s AI-powered healthcare solutions. This role will be the expert on Weave’s key verticals, map out their unique workflows, and translate our value proposition into accelerated pipeline and revenue

  • This position will be hybrid, based out of our Lehi, UT HQ.

  • Reports to: Director, Product Marketing

What You Will Own

  • Market Strategy & Positioning: Define and own the GTM strategy for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You will develop deep expertise in the mid-market segments of all verticals (Dental, Optometry, Veterinary, and Medical) to create tailored value propositions and messaging that resonate with executive-level buyers (CFOs, COOs, and Directors of IT).

  • Customer Validation & ROI: Cultivate a robust collection of market-based narratives that showcase the impact of Weave. By collaborating with our mid-market clientele, you will assess their return on investment and transform these insights into compelling success stories for both internal alignment and external market positioning.

  • Buyer Journey Mapping: Map the complex enterprise buying committee. You will identify the influencers, blockers, and champions, and build the strategic messaging needed to move them through the funnel.

  • Sales Partnership: Act as the strategic partner to our Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales leaders, providing them with market insights and high-level talk tracks that differentiate Weave and working side-by-side with them in building relationships with key players.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and macroeconomic factors affecting large-scale healthcare providers to influence our long-term product roadmap.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape within the healthcare communication and practice management space. Turn threat assessments into actionable sales battlecards, proactive campaigns, and product roadmap recommendations.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 3-8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of managing a specific industry vertical or business unit.

  • Preferably, 2 years of experience focused on Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS and/or vertical experience in Dental or Vet.

  • Market Expert: You understand that "Enterprise" isn't just "SMB but bigger." You know how to speak the language of ROI, scalability, and integration.

  • Market Research: You enjoy digging into market data and talking to customers to find the "hidden" pain points that competitors are missing.

  • Exceptional Writing: Ability to take complex technical jargon and turn it into simple, compelling copy.

  • Communication: Strong and clear speaking and written communication skills to find alignment, drive results, and influence outcomes with multiple stakeholders across teams.

  • Lifecycle & Expansion Marketing: Experience with customer marketing, cross-sell/upsell strategies, or customer migration campaigns, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with Product Managers, Growth Engineers, Sales Leaders, and external partners without formal authority.

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Passion for improving the success of Weave customers and our mission of delivering better healthcare experiences for every practice, patient, and interaction.

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, healthcare, dental, or patient communication software.

  • Experience with CRM tools, survey and interview recording tools, data analysis tools, and/or internal enablement tools.

  • Bias for action and a strategic mindset. We want people who have the ability to take a complex problem, see the forest through the trees, and then drive to a sustainable solution.
