Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Specialist opportunities in Scranton, PA. Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Open, sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and documentation.

Scan, file, and prepare documents related to letters of credit and other operational processes.

Conduct basic investigation work, generate reports, and maintain organized records while meeting productivity goals.
Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Previous experience with data entry and administrative or operations support functions.

Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others.

Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Pay Details: $20.79 per hour
