The Role

Job Description

What you'll bring

Bring your expertise in leading complex customer programs, managing escalations, and mentoring others in delivery excellence. Your ability to influence stakeholders and drive consistent outcomes is essential.

  • Deep knowledge of program management disciplines: lifecycle management, value and benefits management, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and integration management

  • Ability to manage complex contractual constructs, program financials — including forecasting and revenue tracking — and competing delivery priorities across enterprise-scale engagements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering SAP solutions in Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprise environments

  • Proven track record building trusted relationships at the executive level and resolving escalations across organizational and political boundaries

  • Skilled at scoping and estimating engagements, assessing and communicating risk, and defining delivery models — including on-site, remote, and Max Attention Next Generation compositions

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

We also look for people who think strategically, understand the business, and can bring others along with them — combining influencing skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to work through complex problems confidently.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and leading adoption of AI practices within their teams.

What you'll build

You will lead complex customer engagements and programs, oversee multiple project lifecycles, guide teams through challenges, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You will mentor project managers and influence delivery best practices across teams.

  • Own interaction and program planning end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through completion

  • Define and shape delivery models for customer engagements, composing on-site and remote approaches including Max Attention Next Generation services

  • Build forward-thinking formal and informal relationships with senior stakeholders; address political, resource, budgeting, and legal issues affecting program outcomes

  • Lead proposal and offer development to support business development and win new SAP engagements with managed risk

  • Carry responsibility across Opportunity Management, Delivery, Business Development, Coaching/Mentoring, and Knowledge Management

  • Mentor project managers and support people development activities in partnership with respective line managers

Where you belong

You will join SAP's Customer Value Group — the global services and consulting community that partners directly with enterprise customers through their most complex SAP transformations. Based in Palo Alto, you will work with global accounts and cross-regional delivery teams, with a culture built on delivery rigor, trusted relationships, and accountability to customer outcomes. This is a moment of significant investment in how SAP delivers at scale, and you will help shape what great looks like.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
