Full job description

Schedule: 36 hours, 11:00am to 11:00pm (every other weekend required) | Job Location Type: In Person

The General Adult Unit is a 17-bed unit located on our Baltimore/Washington Campus that serves adult patients ages 18 and older who suffer from one or more psychiatric disorders. We treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders on this unit, including, but not limited to, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, and psychosis.

What to expect.

  • Participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors.

  • Provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan and under the direction of a professional nurse.

  • Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.

The pay range for this position is $19.06 minimum to $28 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.

What we need from you.

  • HS Diploma/GED. Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.

  • Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

  • All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment.
