Full job description

Schedule: PRN, 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm (Every other weekend required) | Job Location Type: In Person

The Co-Occurring Unit on the Sheppard Pratt at Baltimore/Washington Campus, in Howard County, is a 17 bed unit providing crisis stabilization for patients with psychiatric conditions and substance abuse.

  • Participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors.

  • Provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan and under the direction of a professional nurse.

  • Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.

The pay range for this position is $19.36 minimum to $28.6958 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.

What we need from you.

  • HS Diploma/GED. Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.

  • Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

  • All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment.
