Full job description
Summary To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play and develop. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. 1. Help perform repairs in the facilities owned or operated by the district 2. Make repairs to facilities as needed when assigned by Maintenance Director. 3. Helps perform ground maintenance duties as required and supervise any part-time workers. 4. Helps keep vehicle, equipment, and tools in safe operating condition. 5. Examine district owned facilities and equipment when required for purpose of preventive maintenance. 6. Assist with snow removal during the winter months. 7. Other duties as assigned. Education/Certificates/ Licenses - Valid Missouri driver license with no restrictions - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities - Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
