Full job description
The Sheriff's Department will hold an interview event at the Lebanon Job Center on Tuesday, October 6th, from 9am-11am. Those interested in interviewing for a Detention Officer position must call the Lebanon Job Center. This is not a walk-in event. Opening for full-time Jailers. Experience is not required but applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, must be able to pass a background check and drug testing. Employer has multiple openings and offers benefits for full-time positions. Part-time positions offer flexible hours for those needing to work around schooling or another job. $18.26/hr with scale. Shift will be 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Duties: Processing inmates; maintaining jail security; receives and processes inmates into custody of institution; searches prisoners; takes charge of personal property; prepares routine records on inmates; performs general clerical duties; ensures the care and maintenance of quarters. Ages 18+ Diploma/equivalent
