Slate Valley Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Granville, NY. We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with a base rate of $26$34 per hour plus an additional $0.65 shift differential for evening and night shifts. All shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities. We also offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, career advancement opportunities, education discounts, medical and dental insurance, and generous pay rates based on experience.As an LPN, you will be responsible for collecting information from new residents, recording health details including vitals and temperature, administering medications and injections, treating and dressing wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs as needed, assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing, and monitoring food and liquid intake and output.Candidates must have a valid LPN state license, be in good standing with the State Registry, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is an 88-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in North Granville, Washington County.
