$36,000 -- $100,000+ | Base + Uncapped Commission If you can sell, you can win here. We are a fast-growing sign and lighting service company in Jackson, MS looking for a high-energy, driven sales professional who is not afraid of the phone, rejection, or a fast-paced environment. This is a performance-based role where effort = income. Required: - Experience in automotive sales, roofing sales, retail sales, or telemarketing - Strong ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward - Comfortable being on the phone all day - Problem-solver who builds trust quickly - Competitive mindset and team-first attitude What you will do: - Work daily company-provided leads - Make high-volume outbound calls - Build strong, lasting customer relationships - Identify needs and close sales opportunities - Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline - Support the entire sales team in hitting goals Important: Your income potential increases when you are available, responsive, and proactive with customers---even outside traditional 8--4 hours.
