Full job description

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role will assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records management, HRIS updates, benefits administration support, and general HR compliance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

  • Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation

  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR or administrative support experience

  • HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • High level of discretion and organization
