Hypebae is a global contemporary-culture media brand for women. Through news, features, interviews, original visual storytelling, and live events, Hypebae covers fashion, beauty, and the culture around them, bringing its audience closer to the voices, ideas, and movements shaping what comes next.

Hypebeast Media Network is Hypebeast Group's portfolio of editorial, social, and video brands across fashion, art, design, music, automotive, golf, sports, technology, and lifestyle. Led by Hypebeast and including Hypebae, Popbee, Hypegolf, and specialist titles, the network combines global reach with regional cultural knowledge to produce original reporting, curation, video, social storytelling and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Social Media team with daily reporting, email conversations and analytics.

  • Brainstorm and develop relevant ideas for Hypebae's social platforms, e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Facebook.

  • Create content around holidays, observances, events and news on a daily basis.

  • Handle daily posting on Hypebae's social platforms, i.e. Instagram and TikTok.

  • Assist in creating various assets for editorial and social channels, both static image and video.

  • Establish an eye for our aesthetics and writing for social media.

  • Attend external events on behalf of Hypebae for content capture.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Proficient in Reels edits, CapCut and Photoshop.

  • A team player but able to work independently.

  • Understands the visual identity of Hypebae.

  • Passionate about culture, fashion, sneakers, sport, beauty and content creation.

  • Proactive and willing to learn; positive attitude.

  • Available to work nights and weekends for events where relevant.

  • Ideally available to intern most days of the week in the NY office.
