Full job description

About We are reimagining the phone. AI phones need to be proactive, intuitive, intelligent and low cost. This is a mission critical for rest of the world to adopt intelligence. There are over 5 billion people using everyday applications such as email, messaging, notes, tasks, and calendars, yet most are not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into daily conversations, coordination and workflows, with minimal prompting. Focus: AI-native phone experience, user workflows and product direction.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overall product experience for the AI-native phone.

  • Identify high-value everyday workflows where AI can meaningfully improve the user experience.

  • Define how users should interact with AI across the OS and different applications.

  • Identify opportunities for proactive assistance and contextual interactions.

  • Translate product ideas into clear requirements for engineering.

  • Work closely with Android and AI teams to evaluate technical feasibility.

  • Prioritize product capabilities for the first prototype and eventual launch.

  • Conduct user research and validate interaction patterns.

  • Ensure that AI capabilities feel natural and effortless rather than requiring users to learn entirely new interaction patterns.

Requirements

  • Strong product management experience, ideally with consumer mobile or platform products.

  • Experience building and launching products from early stages.

  • Strong understanding of mobile UX and user behavior.

  • Ability to translate ambiguous product ideas into concrete requirements.

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers.

  • Good product judgment and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI assistants, agentic products or productivity applications.

  • Experience with operating systems or mobile ecosystems.

  • Experience with voice interfaces and proactive experiences.

  • Experience with consumer applications at scale.
