What you'll do here:
Leads complex infrastructure initiatives from planning through implementation and transition to operations. This role coordinates engineering, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, identity, endpoint, application, service management, business, and vendor teams.
The initial portfolio will include a major modernized endpoint migration requiring strong planning, dependency management, deployment coordination, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure projects across planning, design, implementation, migration, stabilization, and closure.
-
Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, resources, and dependencies.
-
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
-
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
-
Lead infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives across endpoint, cloud, networking, identity, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.

Manage endpoint migration activities including pilots, rollout waves, application readiness, security dependencies, user readiness, and support transition.

Establish governance, project cadence, escalation paths, and go/no-go criteria.

Maintain concise executive reporting, Red/Amber/Green (RAG) status, and delivery dashboards.

Ensure operational readiness through support models, documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations.
Skills you will need here:
-
8+ years of technology program management experience with significant infrastructure delivery experience.
-
Proven experience leading complex enterprise infrastructure implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
-
Strong understanding of infrastructure dependencies across networking, cloud, identity, cybersecurity, applications, and endpoint technologies.
-
Strong project planning, RAID management, dependency management, governance, and executive communication skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple technical workstreams and drive accountability without direct authority.
-
Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, or managed service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience leading endpoint modernization or device migration initiatives.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, SCCM/Configuration Manager, or comparable technologies.

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), change management, and operational transition.
-
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.

Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Proficiency with Smartsheet and Jira.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
