  • Execute patching activities in accordance with DT maintenance windows and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor iPost scoring and coordinate with Scanning and System Administration teams to remediate findings.

  • Apply STIG-aligned configurations and support vulnerability remediation efforts in coordination with Cybersecurity teams.

  • Monitor system health and performance using SolarWinds and Splunk, and perform remediation of system-level issues.

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Support backup validation and assist with system recovery efforts in alignment with COOP expectations.

  • Support virtualized environments (e.g., Nutanix) and assist with system integrations and infrastructure changes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system dependencies and connectivity issues in coordination with supporting teams.

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Continue developing technical proficiency in Windows systems, Active Directory, and enterprise tools used within the environment.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Linux systems to support cross-platform operations within a primarily Linux-based environment.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience with enterprise technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix), and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds), along with basic familiarity with Linux operating systems given the primarily Linux-based environment.
