Job Summary: Examines textiles to determine quality and suitability. Appropriately prepares for next station. Directly impacts organizational sales (50% of Goodwill sales are associated with apparel sales). Essential Functions: 1. Secures textiles from container. 2. Thoroughly examines condition and determines whether product goes to hanging or salvage. 3. Meets or exceeds goals and standards of production and quality. 4. Accomplishes assigned cleaning routine.
