Work you'll do

Our Docebo Team is dedicated to delivering solutions that help clients transform their HR/Learning and Development practices, driving significant cost savings, increased efficiency, a stronger competitive advantage, and an improved employee experience. As a Senior Consultant on the Docebo team, you will:

• Lead Docebo implementation workstreams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.

• Establish user journeys and user stories to support the design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features.

• Configure the application across LMS or technical/data conversion areas and facilitate stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions.

• Gather requirements, document current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identify value drivers across the learning and workforce transformation effort.

• Develop implementation plans, manage milestones, budget, scope, and risks, and drive accurate, timely delivery across the project or workstream.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of experience implementing and optimizing Docebo, with expertise in Learning Management Platform, UI/UX, or technical and data conversion.

• Experience delivering and implementing at least one Docebo module.

• Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• 4+ years leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risks, weekly status reporting, and stakeholder governance

• 4+ years of Big 4 consulting experience

• Experience leading 2+ Docebo implementations

• Experience building 3+ integrated implementation plans covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and RAID tracking

• Experience managing 6+ workstreams and tracking progress to milestone adherence

• Experience completing 2+ Docebo implementations from design through go-live and 30-90 day stabilization, including integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and training/change delivery for 200+ users

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
