Description

This position is primarily remote (must reside within 2 hours of the facility and be available to work onsite as business needs require)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planner to support end-to-end planning activities across the supply chain. This individual will play a critical role in balancing supply and demand, maintaining inventory levels, supporting production planning, and driving data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP experience and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to support business objectives.

  • Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory performance and service levels.

  • Analyze supply chain data, forecasts, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.

  • Manage planning data within SAP and ensure system accuracy.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, forecast accuracy, and service levels.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Participate in planning meetings and communicate risks, constraints, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, demand planning, or a related function.

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • SAP

  • SAP ECC

  • SAP S/4HANA

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Must reside within approximately 2 hours of the facility and be available for onsite meetings and projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:

  • Power BI

  • SQL

  • Tableau

  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions to support supply chain decision-making.

  • Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or complex supply chain environments.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience leveraging data to drive operational efficiencies.

Compensation: Up to $85,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
