Position Summary The site maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings located on property and systems within those buildings. They will fix day-to-day issues like plumbing issues, and manage regular maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, pressure washing and painting. ## Qualifications Duties include but are not limited to: - Perform repairs inside/outside buildings. - Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges. - Irrigation repair - Painting inside/outside of buildings. - Groundskeeping. - Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. - Light plumbing and toilet repair. - Communicate status of repairs, etc to workorders phone number or email provided. - Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures. REQUIRED: ***MUST HAVE TWIC CARD OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE. Valid Drivers License Must own and be able to operate a cellphone. An Equal Opportunity Employer
