What Operations Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

The Maintenance Analyst position is to support the Facilities Operations team to execute activities such as projects, data collection, statistical and numerical analysis. As Maintenance Analyst you could support the organization in Quality, EHS, and process regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze processes throughout the operation.

  • Develop, review and maintain regulatory preventive maintenance programs ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

  • Support maintenance planning and analysis collaborating with other departments to improve facility reliability and safety.

  • Develop and measure productivity and Quality standard measurements in Maintenance Department

  • Participate in projects and development of solutions related to Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Quality, Capacity balance, Planning and Logistics.

  • Assist in Maintenance activities, training, regulatory reports, and maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation.

  • Assist with AutoCAD drawings, facility layouts, and space planning.

  • Assists as back up knowledge of access control, CCTV, and Fire Suppression System.

  • Ensuring proper tracking and disposal of chemicals, raw materials and finished samples

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience, preferred.

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Industrial or Systems Engineering or a related field, preferred.

  • Relevant coursework and/or projects.

  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD layout software, preferred.

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Applies basic concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks.

  • Proven Communication Skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal direction.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with EHS regulations, safety standards, and contractor safety programs.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.

  • Sense of ownership, urgency and accountability.

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels including Directors, Management, Operations and other different department with a proactive approach.

  • Ability to follow guidelines and adhere to timelines.

Anticipated hourly range : $19.70 - $28.30 per hour
