You will have experience building cases, high level presentations, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Evaluate market dynamics, competitive developments, and strategic opportunities through rigorous analysis, and develop actionable, stakeholder-sensitive recommendations.

  • Build and lead relationships with business partners and executive sponsors, navigating organizational roadblocks. Collaborate with executive leadership to manage strategic portfolios and craft impactful communications for senior leaders.

  • Steer highly effective executive meetings, adapting in real time to drive decisions and positioning oneself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

  • Support building and leading a high-performing strategy team and foster a culture of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and innovation. Develop Managers and Senior Managers as future project leaders through direct oversight or other feedback-oriented engagements

Qualifications:

  • Requires significant subject matter expertise in healthcare and strategy; strong technology background preferred

  • 10 years of related experience at a top management consulting firm, in-house strategy team at a large health care company, or a related growth / strategy focus in a health care setting.

  • Proven track record of managing strategy-related projects and leading cross-functional teams, including external advisors, on strategy deep dive projects.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills including delivering structured presentations, and crafting PowerPoint and Excel analysis.

  • Ability to lead a high-performing small team that provides consistent error-free analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.

  • This LD can be remote or hybrid with expectation for 10-20% travel for in-person meetings with senior leaders and strategy teams.
