Full job description

Our client, a leading enterprise organization , is seeking a Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement to join their team. As a Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement , you will be part of the HR Technology and Shared Services organization supporting HR Technology, HR Shared Services, Information Architecture, and business stakeholders . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and problem-solving expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement

Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $60/hour W2

What's the Job?

  • Lead enterprise-wide projects focused on HR technology, information management, and process improvement.

  • Manage the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process, including prioritization, scoping, and resource planning.

  • Oversee HR system enhancements, business process improvements, and operational transitions.

  • Develop executive reports, project status updates, and monthly HR Technology dashboards.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation, workflows, and governance materials.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, MIS, Engineering Management, or a related field.

  • PMP certification required.

  • 2-4 years of project management experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project/work management platforms.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
