Meet the Team

Join our dynamic team, where you'll work with great people from marketing, operations, supplier management, and finance to create the most efficient supply chain for the Next Generation Firewall Business Unit (NGFWBU) products. Oh, and you'll also work with your teammates, who are great. The organization works with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) in, Regional Operations, Marketing, GSM, and Finance teams to create a best-in-class fulfillment supply chain. The NGFWBU (GFO) team seeks someone who is exciting and worthy of joining the best planning and fulfillment team on earth and beyond. Your Impact

As a member of the NGFWBU, you’re going to change the way we work, live, play, and learn. As a Product Supply Lead (PSL), you'll navigate daily challenges in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your expertise in materials planning and fulfillment will give Cisco a competitive edge and enhance customer satisfaction. You'll establish effective materials pipelines, optimize product lead times, and collaborate with regional teams to align build plans with business needs, focusing on fulfillment metrics (LTA, OTB, etc.). You will be the main contact for the BU, Regional S&OP, and Sales regarding order escalations and allocations. Support Product Ops through all product life cycle stages, including key deal enablement, process optimization, and supply-demand balancing. Assist the Product Supply Chain Planning team with inventory metrics and key control points for E&O forecasting, cost, and scrap decisions. Coordinate the Aging Inventory/Scrap/E&O process across the Security space, providing analytical support and ensuring alignment with BU stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or experience of a minimum of 10 years
  • Strong analytical skills (Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning)
  • Deep supply chain knowledge.
  • Expert level with MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • English language proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and business planning skills, while being self-motivated with a focus on execution.
  • Understanding of Supply Planning processes & tools
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, including material planning-specific software such as Kinaxis or Oracle.
  • Experience in materials planning, and fulfillment skills.
