Full job description

Mission We give growing brands the confidence, defensibility, and predictability to buy and execute real world advertising like the strategic channel it is. Vision Be the strategic partner who has built the intelligence layer for brands to confidently extend their omnichannel campaigns into the real world. Values - how we work

  • We obsess over the customer's real problem
  • Chase, say, do
  • Move with urgency and intention
  • Build with transparency
  • Become the standard
  • Bring the juice

Value Alignment Onescreen hires and develops people with a builder's mindset: curiosity about how things actually work, a habit of pulling the thread past the first explanation to the structural cause, systems thinking that asks "what's the most efficient way to do this" before "how do I do this," and a discomfort with the status quo that shows up as extending the system instead of routing around it. We're services-led today, by design, but our enterprise value depends on proving a scalable platform model — which means every workaround, stale export, or side-doc this role creates or notices is a signal worth surfacing, not a convenience worth keeping quiet. This role is evaluated on the builder's mindset as directly as it's evaluated on its core responsibilities.

About the role Onescreen is looking for a VP of Media Operations to own how every Onescreen client gets onboarded, planned, activated, delivered, and proven. This role owns everything after the sale that gets a client live and keeps every campaign delivering on the Onescreen platform. It runs the Customer Success, Media Planning, and Campaign Operations functions that determine whether Onescreen delivers what it promised, on time, on budget, and at margin. As the operational partner to New Business and Client Development, this role gives New Business the confidence it needs to close deals, and Client Development the results it needs to retain and grow every account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the process that gets a newly won client live and seeing value quickly, from signed IO through booking, creative QA and approvals, trafficking, and launch checks.
  • Own the operational process for campaign and account planning through the Director of Media Planning, ensuring plans are data-driven, built on the platform, and executable as sold.
  • Own in-flight monitoring, pacing, make-goods, and proof-of-play / proof-of-performance so every campaign delivers what was sold and clients can see it.
  • Give Client Development the operational inputs that drive retention and growth: client health signals, campaign results and recaps for QBRs and renewals, and early warning on at-risk accounts.
  • Own day-to-day account servicing and issue resolution through the Director of Customer Success.
  • Own operational relationships with media owners and inventory partners: onboarding, availability, booking workflows, SLAs, and issue escalation.
  • Report delivery, margin, client health, and operational metrics to the CRO and exec team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in ad operations, media operations, or client services leadership in media, agency, ad-tech, or a platform/services business.
  • Track record owning campaign delivery, pacing, and reconciliation at scale; hands-on with ad servers, DSP/SSP workflows, and delivery reporting.
  • Experience building scalable onboarding and ad ops processes, ideally through a services-to-platform transition.
  • Experience partnering with account management or client development teams on retention and growth.
  • Experienced managing leaders (Director level), not just individual contributors.
  • Out-of-home / DOOH, programmatic, or ad tech experience preferred.

Location & Compensation

  • Location: Boston, Chicago, or New York
  • Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000 + Corporate Variable Bonus (Target 30%) + Equity & Health Benefits
