Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting HR programs and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records.

Assist with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Help coordinate training, performance management, and other HR programs.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
-
1+ years of HR coordination experience
-
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong technology skills, including proficiency with workplace software and HR systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
