  • Evaluate the utilization, scheduling, and capacity of all land-based test facilities supporting AIE, explicitly incorporating the Land-Based Test Sites (LBTS) at Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island, VA as well as investigate any implications with the Distributed Land-Based Test Site initiatives to understand how distributed connectivity and remote test execution impact the current integration footprint.

  • Conduct a risk and trade-off analysis across all major AIE processes, facilities, and components to identify single-points-of-failure (SPOFs), critical chokepoints, and systemic bottlenecks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of Navy program management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or a High School Diploma and 6+ years of additional relevant experience as described above in lieu of degree

  • Experience in a senior role on a Navy acquisition program
