Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Regional Director of Residential Services to join a residential services organization in San Antonio, TX. This individual will provide leadership and operational oversight across medical and residential programs, while supporting regulatory compliance, program performance, special projects, data/reporting initiatives, and continuity of operations. The role also oversees medical and ancillary staff and partners closely with residential services leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in a highly regulated environment, along with experience managing programs, projects, compliance initiatives, and multidisciplinary teams. The position requires the ability to respond to program locations as needed and includes significant travel.
Skills and Requirements
Active Texas RN license Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university 5+ years of relevant leadership experience, including experience leading a licensed childcare or similar program, administering a large organization, or progressive project/business management experience Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements Experience overseeing multiple projects, programs, or contracts Ability to analyze program data and produce reporting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work on-site in San Antonio and participate in an on-call rotation
On-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities - There is Travel to Baytown required Experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Large-scale project management experience Accreditation experience Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, PointClickCare, or electronic records platforms
